Acceptance

By creating an account or using BLUME, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Community content

BLUME includes user-generated content, such as messages and images shared in a Circle feed. You are responsible for what you post. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users, including harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, encouragement of self-harm, threats, illegal activity, spam, scams, doxxing, or other unsafe behavior.

If you post or engage in objectionable content or abusive behavior, we may immediately remove the content, restrict your account, suspend your access, or permanently remove you from BLUME.

Filtering and moderation

We use both automated filters and manual review to help detect and prevent objectionable content before and after it appears in the community feed. No system is perfect, so user reports remain an important part of moderation.

Reporting objectionable content

Users can report objectionable content directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by the developer and may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

Blocking abusive users

Users can block abusive users directly in the app. Blocking removes that user's content from the reporting user's feed immediately and also notifies the developer for moderation review.

24-hour enforcement commitment

We aim to review valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and, when appropriate, remove the offending content and eject the responsible user from the community. Contact tgraubaena@gmail.com for urgent safety concerns.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, B.L.U.M.E. Communities disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and limits liability as permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
