If you cannot sign in or need to recover access, contact us at the email above with a short description of the issue. Include the email address you use with the app when possible (we will never ask for your password by email).
To permanently delete your BLUME account and associated data, use Delete your account (in-app option under Profile → Account, or the email instructions on that page).
