Delete in the app

If you are signed in, open Profile, go to the Account section, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your account from our systems (see What is removed below). You do not need to reinstall the app to use this option.

Delete by email

You can also request deletion by emailing tgraubaena@gmail.com from the email address associated with your BLUME account (or tell us the email you used to sign up). Use the subject line BLUME account deletion request. We will verify ownership and complete deletion as soon as reasonably possible, typically within a few business days.

What is removed

When your auth account is deleted, related data in our database is removed according to our schema (for example, your profile, group memberships, program enrollments, community posts, and reactions tied to your user id). Uploaded images you shared in the app may be removed as part of that process. We do not sell your personal information.

After deletion

You will be signed out on all devices. You may create a new account later using the same email address if you choose. If you subscribed to any paid service through a store, cancel the subscription in the store if required — we do not control third-party billing.
